October 15th & 16th of 2005 the Clarksville Amateur Transmitting Society held JOTA at Billy Dunlop Park in Clarksville Tn.

What is JOTA?  More than 400,000 Boys and Girls Scouts and Guides from all over the world get together with their local

Amateur Radio Clubs and talk with scouts from around the world. This event has been taking place yearly since 1958.

This year the CATS club held the Jamboree for 65 of girls and boys scouts. The club would like to hold the Jamboree on the Air
